Ithaca Peak Turquoise Cabochon

This beautiful Cabochon features bright blue turquoise running through a grey-black matrix. It has a low top dome and rounded side girdle, is epoxy backed and has been professionally stabilized to provide strength and durability. It is not dyed or color enhanced. It weighs 3.97 grams (just under 20 carats) and measures 28 x 12 x 7mm.
Ithaca Peak turquoise is a highly desirable turquoise from the Mineral Park district of the Cerbat Mountains northwest of Kingman, AZ and is known for  bright pyrite inclusions. 
Colors range from light to dark blue with greenish-grey to black matrix.
Turquoise is related to the Throat Chakra and is the December Birthstone.
