Freeform Ithaca Peak Turquoise Cabochon

This is a stunning smokey blue cabochon with pyrite inclusions. 

It has a low top dome, side girdle and polished back. It has been professionally stabilized to provide strength and durability. It is not dyed or color enhanced. It weighs 8.06 grams (40.30 carats) and measures 28 x 22 x 8mm.

Ithaca Peak turquoise is a highly desirable turquoise from the Mineral Park district of the Cerbat Mountains northwest of Kingman, AZ and is known for  bright pyrite inclusions.

Colors range from light to dark blue with greenish grey to black matrix.

Metaphysically, Turquoise is related to the Throat Chakra and is the December Birthstone.
